Shipping
Shipping is free to the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Every print is made to order. Once you order, your print is produced at the print facility nearest to you and typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, then delivered by your local carrier. Producing close to you keeps transit short and prints unbent.
Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment, by link.
Returns & replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Email us a photo of the problem and we handle the rest; there is no need to post anything back.
Because every print is produced specifically for your order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
